Passive Voice

Forming the Passive Voice is very easy.  It is enough to add the verb form V3 of the transitive verbs to the Sentences of Being.  For example the V3 form of the verb 'call' is 'called'.

Passive Voice - Doing

1) Simple Present Tense

  1. I am called
  2. You are called
  3. He is called
  4. She is called
  5. It is called
  6. We are called
  7. You are called
  8. They are called

2) Simple Past Tense

  1. I was called
  2. You were called
  3. He was called
  4. She was called
  5. It was called
  6. We were called
  7. You were called
  8. They were called

3) Simple Future Tense

  1. I will be called 
  2. You will be called 
  3. He will be called 
  4. She will be called 
  5. It will be called 
  6. We will be called 
  7. You will be called 
  8. They will be called

4) Present Continuous Tense

  1. I am being called
  2. You are being called
  3. He is being called
  4. She is being called
  5. It is being called
  6. We are being called
  7. You are being called
  8. They are being called

5)Past Continuous Tense

  1. I was being called

  4. She was being called

Note: We do not use the Passive Voice of the Future Continuous Tense in English.

6) Present Perfect Tense

  1. I have been called

7) Past Perfect Tense
